We accept most major insurance plans. At Slater Family Dentistry, we do all the work for you when it comes to submitting the claim to the insurance companies, making reimbursement as simplified as possible. United Health Care, Delta Dental, MetLife, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield are all insurances we are referred providers for.
Financing
Slater Family Dentistry is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality, cost effective dental care. We accept all major credit cards, Care Credit, and we also offer payment installments on qualifying treatment.
